Miller Canfield seeks an Employment and Labor Associate to join either our Detroit or Lansing, Michigan office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws, drafting and revising employment policies, working on harassment, discrimination, FMLA, ADA, retaliation, and wage and hour law matters. Must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan, or eligible for admission by examination or waiver.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution Associate - Chicago

Miller Canfield, a Midwest firm with over 200 attorneys across 19 offices worldwide, seeks an associate to join its Chambers-ranked Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. The associate will work in our Chicago, Illinois office and support trial, appellate, arbitration and commercial litigation matters.
 
Our deep bench includes attorneys who were experienced in resolving a wide range of commercial disputes, including domestic and international business-to-business litigation, arbitration and mediation, ranging from supplier disputes to bet-the-company M&A cases, as well as defense of government litigations and white-collar criminal matters.
 
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience with excellent academic credentials and research, writing and analytical skills. Previous Federal clerkship experience is strongly preferred. Must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan or eligible for admission, either by examination or waiver.
